Opis radnog mjesta: Hotel Maestral is a small 12 rooms hotel located by the sea on the small quiet island Prviæ in Croatia. We are looking a hotel manager responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff.

Potrebna znanja i kvalifikacije: Candidate should have a strong commercial accountability for planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, reservation), F&B and housekeeping. Due to its size hotel has a small team of , mostly seasonal, staff and manager's duty would include selecting and interviewing potential candidates. Hotel's restaurant, located by the sea and open to outside visitors, brings significant percentage of income during high season therefore experience and understanding of restaurant operation is expected. Financial management - preparing budgets and marketing strategies and achieving targets for the business - plays a major role. The preferred candidate must strike a balance between customer satisfaction and effective business management, ensuring financial viability, and facilitate a smooth-running customer service, whilst ensuring staff work together as a team.
